Dr Kim Bevan

Dr Kim Bevan OBE is Tend's clinical lead, bringing decades of frontline expertise in mental health services, clinical governance and third-sector leadership. Kim's career has spanned senior roles across NHS mental health provision and the voluntary sector, with a particular focus on widening access for underserved populations. At Tend, Kim oversees clinical safety, evidence generation and the integration of the VR-MBI within NHS Talking Therapies and VCSE pathways. Her leadership ensures that every deployment is clinically robust, ethically delivered and grounded in the lived experience of the people it is designed to support.
