Sean Caroll

Sean Carroll leads business development at Tend, forging partnerships across the NHS, local authorities and the voluntary sector to widen access to the VR-MBI. His work focuses on translating Tend's clinical evidence into tangible commissioning conversations, helping service leads understand both the outcomes data and the economic case for adoption. Sean brings significant experience in healthcare partnerships and stakeholder engagement, and plays a central role in building Tend's pipeline of NHS Talking Therapies, VCSE and international deployments. His approach combines commercial rigour with a genuine commitment to expanding mental health access.
