Mat Rawsthorne

Mat Rawsthorne leads operations and co-design at Tend, ensuring the VR-MBI is developed and delivered in genuine partnership with the people who use it. With deep expertise in participatory research, service user involvement and digital mental health, Mat brings a rigorous co-production lens to every stage of Tend's work. He oversees operational delivery across NHS and VCSE deployments and plays a central role in translating lived experience into product and service design. His work underpins Tend's commitment to interventions that are not only clinically effective but meaningful, accessible and genuinely shaped by those they serve.
